VINEGAR BALSAMIC OF MODENA 250ml
L ' PGI Balsamic vinegar of Modena Ferrarini is produced from cooked grape must, obtained from vines of Lambrusco located in land owned, with the addition of a particular combination of vinegars, one aged at least 10 years and that obtained from the acidification only wine. Rested in the barrels of our cellars, for a period of at least three years, will gain its optimal aging. A few drops of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI enclose a penetrating aroma and a balanced taste in sweet and in the countryside, ideal to enrich salads, Parmesan cheese, raw vegetables and grilled meats.
