VINEGAR TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC DOP LOBSTER 100ml
The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO is taken from cooked must of two different types of grapes from vineyards of Emilia, Trebbiano and Spergola, left to ferment, oxidize and age in the shadow of the floors of the vinegar of Ferrarini properties. In this patient process, which lasts for at least 12 years, under the expert care of a master, the must taste merges with the barrel of juniper, black locust and chestnut tree in which it is kept. Is this art and nature meet the secret of a recognized and respected goodness among gems of Italian gastronomy.
The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Lobster stands out for taste sour, for light and delicate fragrance, which make it suitable for enriching carpaccio, vegetable dips, salads or to flavor meats after cooking.
