Tuscan sheep cheese with truffles matured six months maturing of Tuscan Pecorino from raw milk from sheep. It is seasoned with white and black Trüffelstückchen. After he tasted significantly, but not intrusive. The cheese is compact and firm. The manufacturer recommends to plane it over a carpaccio of bresaola and arugula and serve with olive oil. Circa 54% i. Tr.
