Wild salmon fillets. Their wild diet gives them a characteristic bright colour and a rich shellfish flavour & aroma. They have a drier, less oily texture than for example Scottish salmon.
Ingredients: Wild Salmon (salmo salar) from aquaculture in Norway, eating salt.
Allergy Advice: See manufacturer description. Contain fish. Could contain gluten and soy.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 day. If fresh freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date/best before date Once frozen consume within 1 month This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product It is still suitable for home freezing. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Preparation and Safety: Let the wild salmon fillets thaw for 20-30 minutes, rinse under cold water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Pan: the prepared wild salmon fillets in a pan with hot fat. Cook for about 5-8 minutes with moderate heat. Grill: Grill the prepared wild salmon fillets in a grill dish for about 6-10 minutes.
