VEAL HAMBURGER VITELLO MINI 160g (4x 40g)
Mini Hamburger Vitello is made of ground veal meat which give a unique flavour. Perfectly suited for short frying or for grilling.
Ingredients: 100% Italian meat. Controlled supply chain from breeding to slaughter. 60% veal, 20% calf, adult bovine 7%, water, iodinated salt (potassium iodate 0.0033%), dextrose, vegetable fibers, flavourings, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate, ascorbic acid?
Allergy issues: May contain traces of soy.
Box contain: 4 hamburgers each of 40g. See description on the pack.
Shelf life: Up to 5 days, couple of months if frozen.
Storage: Keep in the fridge below 4°C. Being fresh, suitable for home freezing therefore if you’re not going to eat it within a day or two, freeze your meat as soon as possible. Once frozen, the best would be to use within a month. despite that being frozen can last easily 3 to even 6 months. Once defrosted use on the day of defrosting. Defrosted beef keep in refrigerator.
