A very fine selection of 6 pieces of the finest truffles. As an absolute culmination of chocolate, candy truffles are considered. From our Highland Chocolateries these are comprehensively composed and always freshly made. Fresh truffles (70g), a mixture of the following varieties:
a) Standard assortment with alcohol: Highland coffee, Marc de Champagne cream, Swabian whiskey, Marc de Champagne Noir, black cherry, egg liqueur, red wine, Grand Marnier.
b) Without alcohol: raspberry, nougat, cream, orange, cassis, nougat liquid, caramel liquid, vanilla.
c) Additional spring season with alcohol: Campari orange, Cocos, Hugo.
d) Additional summer season with alcohol: Campari orange, Cocos, Hugo.
e) Without alcohol: lemon, mango, strawberry.
f) Additional autumn season with alcohol: Truffle de Noel, baked apple, Williams Christ, cinnamon, mulled wine.
g) Additional winter season with alcohol: Truffle de Noel, baked apple, Williams Christ, cinnamon, mulled wine.
h) Without alcohol: crispy nougat.
Ingredients:
Cocoa: White 35% at least, Edelvollmilch 35% at least, Edelbitter 55% at least
Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, condensed milk, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, alcohol, cocoa beans, cocoa powder, dairy product, fruit powder, fruit paste, acidifying agent: citric acid, coffee powder, natural flavour oil, emulsifier: modified soy lecithin, Bourbon vanilla, salt.
