RICE ATRY – JASMINE RICE 1kg

Jasmine rice is also known as Siamese or scented rice and has a distinctive flavor.

Preparation: Quantity specification (100g / 2 servings): 1 cup ATRY jasmine rice, 1.5 cups of water, 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, 1 pinch of salt, possibly 1 tablespoon plain yogurt. The metered rice under running, lukewarm water 2 - 3 time rinse to remove any flour dust. Add the drained rice with butter and salt in a saucepan and add the water. If you want to refine the rice, also specify an EL yogurt added. The water in the open pot and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Once the water is no longer covering the rice, close the pot firmly and let the rice is cooked to swell for about 20 minutes over low heat.
