RICE ATRY – BASMATI SMOKED RICE 1kg

Persian tradition smoked rice to produce an unparalleled, exciting and spicy rice.

Preparation: Quantities (100g / 2 servings): 1 cup basmati Smoked Rice, 1 - 1.5 cups water, 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, 1 pinch of salt. The metered rice rinse under running, lukewarm water once to remove any flour dust. Soak 15 minutes by metered water and salt. Then bring to a boil the water with an open pan under high heat, stirring occasionally. Once the water is no longer covering the rice, add butter or margarine, close the pot firmly and let the rice swell over low heat about 15 minutes until done.
