Box contain: See description below. We will deliver product to your choice of cut. In case if your choice not in stock, we'll deliver the cut currently prepacked in stock.
Shelf life: Up to 6 months if frozen.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted. For use by date see pack at the back.
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
a) Barbecue - From Chilled. Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish (barbecues vary in efficiency).
b) Grill - From Chilled. Medium heat 25-30 mins. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under medium grill and turn occasionally. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and these is no pink meat.
c) Oven cook - From Chilled. Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C 30-35 mins. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and these is no pink meat.
