Recipe from delicate and refined notes. This pesto is prepared with sunflower seed oil, Genoese basil 34% (protected origin), a portion of extra virgin olive oil, cashew nuts, Grana Padano cheese and Pecorino cheese. Each North Sauce recipe is designed to achieve a perfect balance of flavors and nutrients. That is why in this recipe the sunflower oil is used since it gives a delicate and refined note to the pesto. Seed oil is also known as a good health ally for the wide composition of vitamins, minerals and beneficial substances it is composed of. A light pesto that can satisfy the most demanding palates. Non-pasteurised product with brilliant green colour.
