All the experience of the Italian master pasta makers to enhance an ancient grain in the history and origin. The paste of seeds Stories is bronze drawn and dried at low temperatures. The Khorasan wheat (Triticum turgidum spp. Turanicum) is an ancient pure varieties of wheat, already cultivated 6,000 years ago across the fertile crescent of Mesopotamia, to the Nile and between Anatolia and the Iranian Plateau Province Khorasan. The khorasan of our products is grown in Canada, in selected land for their organoleptic properties and in vast, contiguous spaces that allow better control quality and uniformity of the crop. Our pasta khorasan is the result of the selection of quality groats and a processing of excellence. The die bronze gives the surface a rough appearance, rough and porous, which allows to better capture pasta sauces and flavors. The rhythms of the past, offering an experience of taste quality.
