Strawberry mousse with strawberry is a mixture of cereals and fruit. It is based on cereal crisps consisting of: wheat, rye, oats, barley and buckwheat, with added wheat and corn flakes. The recipe is supplemented with wheat and corn flakes and fruits: strawberry, banana, apricot and apple.
Muesli fibre is characterised by high fibre content. It is a source of B vitamins: thiamine, pyridoxine and folate, and minerals: phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper. Phosphorus contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism and helps maintain healthy bones and teeth.
Strawberry mousse with strawberry is a combination of many nutritional values and perfect cereal-fruit flavor. It can be part of a well-balanced diet. It tastes best with milk, yogurt or kefir.

Cereal products 87.8%: cereal crunches (wheat bran , wholemeal rye flour , oatmeal , barley groats , buckwheat flour, sea salt), wheat flakes (wholemeal wheat flour, barley groats , sugar, barley malt extract , salt) Maize (corn groats, sugar, salt); Banana chips (banana, vegetable oil, cane sugar, aroma, honey), dried apricot (apricot, rice flour), dried apple (apple, acidity regulator: citric acid), lyophilized strawberry 1.2% .
