Khorasan is a grain with many nutritional properties: low in fat, high in protein, vitamins and minerals. But it’s also very tasy and soft. Khorosan flour - known as Khorasan, from the name of the region where it was described for the first time. It has superior quality compared to common wheat, but it still holds the same allergenic. It differs primarily for higher protein value and for higher digestibility.
