Pizza Prosciutto e Funghi is classic pizza where the toppings differ in respect of the region in Italy where we are eating the pizza. Our Ham & Mushrooms pizza is from Napoli region therefore pizza topped with Baked Ham, Mozzarella Cheese, Mushrooms and Olives. Dough type Napoli. Weight of the dough only is 350g.
Ingredients: Baked Ham, Mozzarella Cheese, Mushroomss, Oregano, Basil and other Seasonings, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ... May contain traces of soy.
Box contain: One (1) woodfired stone baked pizza. Pizza made at standard size Ø 26cm (350g), other two options are Ø 30cm (400g) and Ø 32cm (420g). The weight for the Case and for the Pallets are calculated for the standard size pizza of 350g.
Storage: Being fresh, you can store in the fridge or freezer. If in fridge please consume within the day or two maximum.
Please note: You are about to order Fresh Pizza. In case if you order more than 5 (five) pizza's all pizza's must be packet under protective atmosphere before delivery. If this would be the case please choose correct drop down selection in option "Special Protective Atmosphere Packaging". In case if you do not click on the one of the options required we will not be committed for the delivery purely because Fresh Pizza's in high quantities must be packed under the Special Protective Atmosphere system to keep the freshens. Additional charges will not apply only if agreed beforehand between you - the buyer and us. You will receive the confirmation by the email. In this case you have to choose in option "Special Protective Atmosphere Packaging" the option " I got email confirmation". This measures with the packaging cannot be avoid. If avoid you have NO guarantee for the Fresh Pizza delivery!

WE MAKE IT LIKE THIS:

RISING MORE THAN 24h: The excellent digestibility of pizzas is obtained through proper leavening. This is why pizzas are leavened for at least 24 hours at a constant temperature and humidity without the addition of chemical rising agents.

STRETCHED BY HAND: Every day more than 300.000 pizzas are manually stretched by our “pizzaioli”: this maintains the structure of the pizza intact and the border of the pizzas is “irregular” as seen in truly traditional Italian pizza.

WOOD OVEN COOKED: The pizzas are cooked on constantly cleaned refractory stone and the ovens are fuelled by oak and beech wood.

SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY: Patented wood burning ovens are fundamental for a safe and efficient process. The wood never comes into direct contact with the pizzas and the fumes are totally burnt and suctioned off separately.

HYGIENE: A rotating brush cleans the refractory plate inside the cooking chamber. In this way, the pizza is cooked each time on a clean surface.

Please do not be confused about the packaging because majority products we have on offer has been ordered directly with manufacturers under our requirements. If not packed in original boxes, the exact price for the goods will arises only after the goods have been dispatched. There could be deviations from the purchase order price. Please be aware that some products are not coming in standard manufacturer/producer/supplier packaging but are made purely for our logistic requirements whether from prospective of storage requirements or to reduce the transport and other logistic costs.
