The traditional Margherita in a 2 pizza box deal.
Ingredients: Pizza base 58% (wheat _our, water, salt, sunflower seed oil, yeast), Mozzarella cheese 22% (milk, salt, starter cultures, microbial rennet), tomato sauce 20% (tomato pulp, tomato puree, water, olive oil, salt, oregano). May contain traces of soy.
Try it like this: Preheat the oven to 220°C and remove all wrapping from the pizza. Bake the pizza with the rack at mid-height in the oven for 7-9 minutes. For perfect cooking, wait until the mozzarella is well melted.
Suggestion: After cooking, add some raw prosciutto slices.

RISING MORE THAN 24h
The excellent digestibility of pizzas is obtained through proper leavening. This is why pizzas are leavened for at least 24 hours at a constant temperature and humidity without the addition of chemical rising agents.
STRETCHED BY HAND
Every day more than 300.000 pizzas are manually stretched by our “pizzaioli”: this maintains the structure of the pizza intact and the border of the pizzas is “irregular” as seen in truly traditional Italian pizza.
WOOD OVEN COOKED
The pizzas are cooked on constantly cleaned refractory stone and the ovens are fuelled by oak and beech wood.
SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY
Patented wood burning ovens are fundamental for a safe and efficient process. The wood never comes into direct contact with the pizzas and the fumes are totally burnt and suctioned off separately.
HYGIENE
A rotating brush cleans the refractory plate inside the cooking chamber. In this way, the pizza is cooked each time on a clean surface.
