If your palate is looking for something tasty you must try this number one pizza - Chicken & Bacon! An incredible mix between red onions, red and yellow peppers, chicken and crispy bacon.
Ingredients: Pizza base 48% (wheat flour, water, salt, sunflower seed oil, yeast), tomato sauce 18% (tomato puree, water, tomato paste, onion, corn starch, garlic, basil, salt, Balsamic Vinegar “Aceto Balsamico di Modena” PGI [wine vinegar, concentrated grape must], black pepper, oregano, dill), chicken preparation 11% [chicken (chicken’s breast, salt, antioxidants: sodium citrate), olive oil, rosemary, garlic, paprika, salt], Edam cheese 7% (milk, salt, starter cultures, microbial rennet), grilled peppers 7%, red onion 4%, smoked bacon 4% (pork meat, salt, sugar, dextrose, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, rosemary extract, spices, preservative: sodium nitrite), oregano. May contain traces of soy.
Try it like this: Preheat the oven to 220°C and remove all wrapping from the pizza. Bake the pizza with the rack at mid-height in the oven for 9-11 minutes. For perfect cooking, wait until the mozzarella is well melted.
Suggestion: Upon removal from the oven, add Extra Virgin Olive oil.

The excellent digestibility of pizzas is obtained through proper leavening. This is why pizzas are leavened for at least 24 hours at a constant temperature and humidity without the addition of chemical rising agents.
STRETCHED BY HAND
Every day more than 300.000 pizzas are manually stretched by our “pizzaioli”: this maintains the structure of the pizza intact and the border of the pizzas is “irregular” as seen in truly traditional Italian pizza.
WOOD OVEN COOKED
The pizzas are cooked on constantly cleaned refractory stone and the ovens are fuelled by oak and beech wood.
SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY
Patented wood burning ovens are fundamental for a safe and efficient process. The wood never comes into direct contact with the pizzas and the fumes are totally burnt and suctioned off separately.
HYGIENE
A rotating brush cleans the refractory plate inside the cooking chamber. In this way, the pizza is cooked each time on a clean surface.
