Pizza Capricciosa is one of the tastiest pizzas with rich ingredients, crispy pasta and pizza stuffed with tomato sauce, artichokes, mushrooms in oil, olives, ham and boiled eggs. Pizza Capricciosa is ideal when you want to enjoy a very tasty main dish good for the table with a nice cold beer for a dinner with friends. Dough type Napoli. Weight of dough only is 350g.
Ingredients: Mozarella, Tomato Puree, Cooked Ham, Boiled Eggs, Mushrooms, Artichokes, Pitted Black Olives, Oregano, Basil, Seasoning, ... May contain traces of soy.
Box contain: One (1) frozen woodfired stone baked pizza.
Storage: Being defrosted you have to store it in the fridge. If in the fridge, it is our recommendation to consume the pizza within the day or two maximum. Do not freeze defrosted pizza!

WE MAKE IT LIKE THIS:

RISING MORE THAN 24h: The excellent digestibility of pizzas is obtained through proper leavening. This is why pizzas are leavened for at least 24 hours at a constant temperature and humidity without the addition of chemical rising agents.

STRETCHED BY HAND: Every day more than 300.000 pizzas are manually stretched by our “pizzaioli”: this maintains the structure of the pizza intact and the border of the pizzas is “irregular” as seen in truly traditional Italian pizza.

WOOD OVEN COOKED: The pizzas are cooked on constantly cleaned refractory stone and the ovens are fuelled by oak and beech wood.

SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY: Patented wood burning ovens are fundamental for a safe and efficient process. The wood never comes into direct contact with the pizzas and the fumes are totally burnt and suctioned off separately.

HYGIENE: A rotating brush cleans the refractory plate inside the cooking chamber. In this way, the pizza is cooked each time on a clean surface.
