Another fabulous stamp of Queen Victoria on this occasion for 6d(British Penny-old) in Grey colour, with overprint "I.R. OFFICIAL", come of plate 18. Stamp been hinged. Well perforated, perfectly centred, still in very good overall condition and as such this stamp could be part of starter or higher collection. Catalogue value by SG for plate 18 is of £776.25 (£575.00 +35% for well perforated and lightly used) for standard stamp without errors.
