100% roasted coffee. Biodoro Crema - a coffee composition for fully automatic coffee machines - with caramel, slightly floral notes and smooth finish. With its extra velvety crema the ideal base for coffee, cappuccino and espresso.
Highland Biodoro - this is 100% Arabica coffee from the best farms in Latin America. Natural coffee compositions with pure taste, certified according to the EU organic seal. This proprietary, strict certification guarantees the highest legally guaranteed standard of food law - also for non-EU countries. Only the coffee of plantations, which completely meet these strict criteria of organic cultivation, comes into the narrowest choice for the Hochland quality standards.
Biodoro coffee will be roasted by our roasters in time-intensive handwork in the "small roaster". With the Biodoro highland, we are specifically supporting the broad, sustainable and long-term goals and aspects of coffee plantations from partner projects: the protection of the environment, ecological composting and management in terms of soil health.
The social aspects of long-term co-operation and thus the livelihood of the coffee farmers are just as important as all other types of upland coffee.
