Cake made by means of the natural fermentation of sour dough, with an irregular oval shape, reminiscent of a dove. The cake itself is especially soft owing to the use of fresh milk, butter and cream. It is light in texture and enriched with candied cherry, cinnamon and Madagascar* vanilla. The surface is covered with icing and decorated with granulated sugar and almonds.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Candied cherry (16%) (Cherry (54%), Glucose-fructose syrup, Saccarose, Acidity regulator: Citric Acid, Cherry juice, Natural flavours), Fresh eggs, Fresh butter (11%) (milk), Sugar, Icing (8%) (Sugar, Fresh egg white, Sunflower oil, Almond flour, Wheat starch, Natural Flavours), Natural sourdough yeast (gluten), Grain of sugar (3%), Italian almonds (3%), Emulsifier: mono- and fatty acid diglycerides of vegetable origin, Italian Honey, Fresh cream (1%) (milk), Hight quality fresh milk (1,5%), Cocoa butter, Cervia whole marine salt, Madagascar Mananara Natural Vanilla* (0,2%), Cinnamon powder (0,1%), Natural flavours.

SHELF LIFE: Keep in a cool dry place the product, closed in its original packaging, has shelf-life of 8 months from the date of manufacture.
SINGLE PACKAGING: The product is packaged in a labeled polypropylene bag closed with an aluminium band. Wrapped in card-weight paper whose Victorian decorations, together with the double satin labeled "Loison" shade bow, complete the charming collection. The new sticky lame tissue seal is the evidence of the continue research of refinement of the confection.
