It also has a lower content of lactose and casein, proteins considered to be the cause of allergies. Thanks to the high amount of selenium, goat's milk is considered an excellent alternative to breast milk. The European Food Safety Authority recommends it for infants as a goat milk.

Milk comes exclusively from the breeds of the BiancoViso cooperative, located at the foot of Monviso, where goats are bred throughout the year in free housing with large outdoor paddocks. 100% Organic! Goats of the BiancoViso Cooperative are bred with a balanced diet of certified hay and feed and the entire production process uses energy from renewable sources. 100% UHT! As such treatment guarantees the absence of microorganisms and storage at room temperature for up to 4 months. Capra BiancoViso's milk is born from the mix of milk from two goat breeds: the Saanen and the Chamois of the Alps. The two dairies have different organoleptic properties that give birth to a truly unique milk.
