BUCATINI 500g
Bucatini (pasta rods) are long strands of pasta with a round pierced section and a typical Neapolitan specialty. Their thickness can vary between 0,98 and 1,08 and have a 3 mm diameter. Bucatini are used for the famous Bucatini all'Amatriciana, a bacon tomato sauce. A rather versatile format suitable for butter, meats, cheese and egg based sauces. This format can be perfectly matched by vegetable sauces made with tomatoe sauce, peppers, aubergines, olives and capers.
