This is probably the most juicy piece of the tender cattle ridge. Perfectly suited for short frying and grilling as a steak or as a piece.
Ingredients: 100% German meat only! NO GM vegetable. Controlled supply chain from breeding to slaughter.

Shelf life: Up to 6 months if frozen.
Storage: Keep in the fridge at 4°C. Being fresh, suitable for home freezing therefore if you’re not going to eat it within a day or two, freeze your meat as soon as possible. Once frozen, the best would be to use within a month. despite that being frozen can last easily 3 to even 6 months. Once defrosted use on the day of defrosting. Defrosted beef keep in refrigerator.
