APPLES GALA ROYAL cc 1kg
Taste quite sweet, flavour mild, texture more melting the firm. Gala is our typical summer apple. It is the first variety to be harvested in South Tyrol in mid-August and therefore, it opens the harvesting period every year. This apple shows various shades of red and is cultivated and popular all around the world. The Gala’s peel is a bit tougher than that of most apples, and after a few days it shows waxy notes. The aroma of its sweet pulp reminds one of pears and a bit of fruit bouquet.
