Storage: Being defrosted store it in the fridge. Consume same day. Do not refreeze!
Preparation: Frying pan and Oven > In Pan 6/7 in minutes: Heat a little oil in a frying pan, recline the sticks and cook for about 6/7 minutes, turning on both sides. In Oven in 15 minutes: Put the sticks over a sheet of baking paper and bake in a hot oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes, taking care to turn halfway through cooking.
