Storage: Keep refrigerated. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 day. If fresh freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date/best before date Once frozen consume within 1 month This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product It is still suitable for home freezing. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Pan:		Let the frozen fillets slightly thaw. Then season with lemon juice, some salt and pepper and turn into wheat flour from all sides. Add some vegetable oil or fat to a pre-heated pan and add the fillets. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Turn around several times.
Oven:		Apply a fireproof form with little grease. Pour small onion cubes. Dry the frozen Alaska salmon fillets lightly and place them on the onions. Slice the lemon over the fish. Add the bay leaf, carnations and pepper grains and fill with little white wine as desired. Place the closed mold for approx. 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven at 225° C.
Fryer:		Season the frozen Alaska salmon fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Heat some of the water and margarine in a cooking pot, add the fillets and simmer for 12-15 minutes in the closed pot.
Microwave:		Add the Alaska-salmon fillets with approx. 50ml of water into a microwave-suitable container with lid. Add a pinch of salt and cook at 600 watts for about 12-14 minutes. For a better temperature distribution let stand for another minute.
