(Trento DOC Brut Black Abbot 2015) Spumante Trento Brut Abate Nero was born in vineyards located at high altitude in the hilly areas of Trentino. It is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand and carefully selected. After the traditional winemaking processes in white, the second fermentation takes place with a second fermentation in the bottle and later on the lees for at least 18 months.

Perfect with aperitifs, this bubble is ideal in combination with white meats, seafood and shellfish.

Origin: Trentino Alto Adige

Wine and tradition are inseparable in the Adige Valley, both in the southern area of Trentino Alto Adige in the area. In this territory viticulture has ancient origins and today is very diverse wine production is backed by centuries of tradition.

This region, in fact, was renowned for its wines since Roman times and still wine production retains a primary role in the economy of the region, mainly due to an environmental predisposition that allows you to put quality above all, with a variety vines difficult to find in other areas.
